ScamProof: A Financial Scam Awareness Seminar
The event is part of the final-year group project for all MBA students at UKM-GSB. Its goal is to develop leadership qualities, teamwork, and practical communication skills. As part of MBA journey, we will organise a full-day event focused on financial scams. The event is titled "ScamProof: Safeguarding Malaysian Consumers’ Financial Future”.
The event aims to educate attendees about the complexities and dangers associated with financial fraud. We will explore common tactics scammers use, the psychological techniques they employ to deceive victims, and the measures individuals can take to protect themselves. Through engaging presentations, interactive discussions, and expert insights, we aim to raise awareness and equip participants with the knowledge they need to navigate this pervasive issue effectively.
